2026 Summer Varsity Bound Clinics, Ages 11 - 18

Designed for ages 11–18-who are or are interested in playing Middle School, High School, tournaments and beyond.

Prepare in a high paced, fun, competitive environment looking to improve stroke development, match play, tactics, and focus. If players are looking for a more intense program they should consider our High Intensity Tennis (HIT) Training.

Weekday Clinics will run for 10 sessions (over 10 weeks) from the week of Jun 15 - Aug 20, Mon, Tue, Wed, & Thu 4:30 clinics will have rain makeups generally on Fridays if they become necessary.

In order to aid with families' vacation schedules, the clinics run 10 sessions, You may attend all 10 sessions (assuming no rain) but will only be charged for 8. The 7:30 L4 Clinic guarantees to meet at least 8 times and has two built in rain days if needed. If not needed they will take place as bonus clinics.

Rain makeups. Topspin does not make up the first rain out but will make up subsequent rainouts after that. Whenever possible rain makeups will be on the same week.

Rain makeups will generally be held at our Meadowbrook location on Fridays but may be held a different day or at at another location and may require participants to go to a different location for makeups.

If Topspin runs a makeup clinic, credits will not be given to players who do not attend.

If a clinic is canceled and cannot be made up, players will receive a credit for future classes for other cancelations due to instructor illnesses, unexpected site conflicts, etc.

Absences for illness or other personal conflicts are not able to be made up, we apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Varsity Bound Programming is split into 4 levels, not driven by age as much as ability. Just because your player did a L1 clinic does not mean L2 is the next clinic for them. Many players may not rise above a clinic in a subsequent session. Please see Varsity Bound information for more complete descriptions.

L1 - Beginner / Advanced Beginner

L2 - Intermediate

L3 - Advanced (likely a starting Varsity Player in HS, or top Middle School player, may be playing tournaments)

L4 - Elite (likely a Tournament Player, likely higher level HS Varsity Player)

While previous experience or assessment is not required for L1 Clinics it is necessary for placement in other clinics. If you have a question about placing your player please contact, David Sheaffer at 215-906-0407.
